Attorney Willie J. Walker, Esq. has given $10,000 to the Attorney Howard E. Alls Memorial Scholarship Fund, in memory of his lifelong friend. Both grew up in Carver Village, attended Savannah State and went on to law school at Mercer.

Established in 2000, the fund awards up to $2,500 a year to entering freshmen interested in law. Students apply through ScholarshipUniverse.
